The Process

Talk to Us

Email the Pipster team via info@pipster-solutions.co.uk, use our Contact Form or call 01380 871578. Speak to a member of the team to discuss your requirements. The first one-hour consultation is free of charge for all new clients.

Establish Expectations

We will gain an understanding of what service is needed, including budget and time constraints. Once we have agreed to work together, we will send you terms and conditions to sign, before you send us a project specific purchase order.

3.

Discover Together

We will get to know you and your business, understand how we can help and support you through your public sector bidding journey. This includes a kick off meeting either in person or via MSTeams or Zoom to analyse the project or tender specification with you.

4.

Expect Delivery

Our team will liaise with you, your operational team and/or your subject matter experts to research and produce compelling technical responses for each submission. We will work with you to complete other important activities, for example, building a bid library, conducting a gap analysis, or assisting with document creation. Whatever is needed to get that win.
